I have a lifelong love of hats and have been wanted to draw a lot of them in one image. The refined stag is wearing 17 hats, plus one on the monocled bird and another slung over the midcentury chair.
I hope to return to these characters and color palette at some point. Per usual, I used a mix of digital brushes from Retro Supply Co., most notably Transfertone, the patterned brush set.
(By the way, the bird professionally curates the hats for the stag. He is extremely good at his job, thank you very much.)
