Living in Portland, Oregon, really opens up the possibilities for printing and creating art. There are (at least) two risograph printing studios in town, and I finally took advantage of a print session last week at Outlet PDX to create "Surf Cat."
Risograph is such an interesting, zine-y way of printing. The machines deliver a perfectly imperfect result; each copy is a little different and the registration is sometimes a bit off. Surf Cat is a two-color print (blue and orange).
